The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the SSC GD Vacancy for SSC GD Constable 2025. It increased the total number of vacancies from 39,481 to 53,690 posts. This SSC GD Vacancy Notification was released on April 21, 2025. The Revised Vacancy brings new hope for aspirants aiming to serve in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), Assam Rifles, Special Security Force (SSF), and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

This boost of over 14,000 positions highlights the government’s continued effort to strengthen India's paramilitary forces and improve national security. The largest chunk of vacancies is allotted to CISF (16,571) and BSF (16,371), followed closely by CRPF with 14,359 posts—clearly showing the high demand for personnel in core forces responsible for industrial, border, and internal security.

SSC GD Constable Vacancy 2025 (New)

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently released the vacancy details for the post of General Duty (GD) Constable in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) under the SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment. As per the official SSC GD Notification, a total of 53,690 vacancies are announced, out of the which, 48,320 positions are allocated for male candidates, while 5,370 are allocated for female candidates.
