- 1946 ൽ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടന രൂപീകരിക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത്, ഭരണഘടനാ അസംബ്ലിയുടെ ഭരണഘടനാ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവായി ബി.എൻ. റാവുവിനെ നിയമിച്ചു.
