Concept:

Two resistors R1 and R2 are connected in series the  Req  =  R1 + R2 Ω 

Two resistors R1 and R2 are connected in parallel   Req   (  + )-1 Ω 

Calculation:

Given

In circuit 52  Ω and 28  Ω resistors are series so the Rt = 52 +28 =  80 Ω 

The 80 Ω  and 20 Ω  are parallel so the Rt1 = (  + )-1 = 16 Ω 

Now 

15 Ω,16 Ω, 25 Ω resistors are connected in series so Req  = 15 +16 + 25  = 56  Ω
