In a series configuration, resistors are connected end to end, allowing the same current to flow through each resistor.
On the other hand, in a parallel configuration, each resistor is connected across the same voltage, but the current flowing through them is different.
Parallel electrical circuits refer to a circuit with more than one path through which current flows.
