- या कायद्याला राजभाषा कायदा, 1963 म्हटले जाऊ शकते.
- अधिनियम 3 हे 26 जानेवारी, 1965 रोजी अंमलात आले आणि या कायद्याच्या उर्वरित तरतुदी केंद्र सरकार, अधिकृत राजपत्रात अधिसूचनेद्वारे, नियुक्ती आणि वेगवेगळ्या तारखा विहित केल्या जातील अशा तारखेला लागू होतील. या कायद्याच्या तरतुदी.
