Random Access Memory:

RAM is a type of computer data storage.
RAM device allows data items to be accessed (read or written) in almost the same amount of time irrespective of the physical location of data inside the memory. (Statement (2) is correct)
The time required to access any location in the memory is the same i.e. all memory locations can be accessed at the same speed. (Statement (3) is correct)
Sequential access memory (SAM) is a class of data storage devices that read storage data in a sequence.
RAM, where data can be accessed any order (Statement (1) is incorrect)
