Given:

Find the natural number obtained when the number 13 is subtracted from the mean proportional of 75 and 12.

Concept:

The mean proportional between two numbers a and b is given by √(a × b).

Calculation:

We have,

⇒ a = 75, b = 12

⇒ Mean proportional = √(75 × 12)

⇒ Mean proportional = √900

⇒ Mean proportional = 30

Now, subtract 13 from the mean proportional:

⇒ Result = 30 - 13
