Time = 3 years

Formula used:

Height after n years = Initial height × (1 + growth rate)n

Calculation:

Growth rate = 1/9

Height after 3 years = 9 × (1 + 1/9)3

⇒ Height after 3 years = 9 × (10/9)3

⇒ Height after 3 years = 9 × (1000/729)

⇒ Height after 3 years = 9 × 1.371
