Educational Qualifications

The educational qualification criteria should be satisfied by the candidates before applying for the exam. The candidate must have either of the following educational qualifications upon the program they want to pursue:

For 2 Year B.Ed Programme 

• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with at least 50% marks 
•  Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce with at least 50% marks.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Technology with a specialty in Science and Mathematics with at least 55 percent marks as their basic qualification.

For Shiksha Shastri Programme

• Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit as the main and leading subject.
• Master's in Sanskrit/ Acharya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra with at least 50% marks and Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3) with Sanskrit as the main topic.

Nationality

For an applicant to be eligible for the Bihar B.Ed CET, the person must be a citizen of India, as per the guidelines.

Number of Attempts

According to the guidelines and instructions, there is no limit on the number of attempts for a candidate to take the Bihar B.Ed CET exam.
