The Top Law Colleges in India through CLAT are the 22 NLUs that participate in the examination every year. NALSAR Bangalore, NLSIU Hyderabad, and WBNUJS Kolkata are the Best CLAT Colleges one can get in. CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. National Law School of India University, Bangalore
The University rests on a unique collaboration between legal academics, the Bar, the Bench and the State Government of Karnataka. For the last three decades, this strong council has enabled the University to remain the undisputed leader in the field of legal education in India. NLSIU began modestly at Bangalore University's Central College Campus before relocating to Nagarabhavi in 1991. The 23-acre campus includes academic buildings with upgraded classrooms, a state-of-the-art library, canteens, a health centre, faculty quarters, and clean and well-maintained men's and women's hostels. Sports facilities include a well-equipped gymnasium, football, tennis, and basketball courts, as well as spaces for academic and community-based activities. Corporate Counsel
Law graduates can work as in-house counsel for a Company/Corporate entity, advising on business-related legal issues. An in-house counsel is in charge of legal tasks such as contract negotiation, drafting, and vetting, as well as ensuring and monitoring compliance with rules and laws. They are also in charge of resolving legal disputes.
Civil and judicial services
Those who want to work in the government can take the State Judicial Service Examination, which is organized by the High Courts in their respective states. Aside from that, one can take the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Civil Service Examination, which is the most prestigious examination in the country.
Law Firms
Law firms are mainly business entities that practice law. A noticeable trend that has emerged in recent years is the shift from a solo practice to a well-organized law firm, which includes several lawyers working as one entity. As a member of a law firm, one advises clients on other legal issues as well as their rights and resources.
