The Department of Science and Technology of the Bihar Government created the Bhagalpur College of Engineering (BCE), Bhagalpur, in 1960. Before joining forces with Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU), Patna, the institute was affiliated with Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU), Bhagalpur, Bihar. The 163-acre campus of BCE Bhagalpur is divided into several buildings. The campus is 5.2 kilometres away from Barari Bus Station. Candidates are often confused about the procedures before the exam and entrance exam. It is important to know the procedures and what are the important updates that all candidates must be aware of. Given below is some information for candidates:

• Before the exam, candidates must check their eligibility criteria and ensure that they have all the important documents needed for the BCECE counselling process and administrative processes. 
• To appear for the exam, candidates must register themselves on the official website. 
• Candidates must print out the hall ticket and ensure that they reach the exam centre on time.
• Once the results have been released, the participating colleges release the Cut Off marks and Cut Off ranks. 
• Candidates can apply for the university of their choice based on their rank and score.
• There are different counselling rounds which occur, the counselling rounds are conducted continuously until all the seats are filled.
• Candidates should note that qualifying for the exam does not necessarily mean you are eligible for admission, candidates must have the Cut Off marks and ranks mentioned by each independent university. 
• Candidates are advised to apply to as many universities as possible. 

BCECE College List: Required documents for Counselling

To successfully gain admission to the college of choice, candidates must have all the supporting documents available. They must appear for the counselling process in the institutes. For BCECE 2025 counselling process, the following papers are needed: 

• Final BCECE 2025 Seat Allocation Letter
• BCECE Admit Card
• 6 images (which are the same as or complement the photos used in the BCECE 2025 Admit Card).
• Guidance for BCECE Call letter, a ticket for admission. 
• Grade report, provisional certificate, and results of the tenth grade or equivalent test (as proof of age and identity)
• Grade Report, I.S.C. or a similar Passing Certificate (only Admit Card in case of candidates appearing in the qualifying examination)
• A document that outlines the subjects and clearly specifies that the institution's principal has not yet made the test's results public. (Should candidates choose to take the qualifying exam)
• The parent of the candidate is a UNO worker who is currently based in Bihar. a document attesting that the candidate's parent is an employee of the Indian government or another PSU who is based in Bihar, if necessary. (If applicable) 
• A document proving that the candidate's parent works for the Bihar government. (If applicable) Registration of Refugees After speaking with the Refugee Registration Officer or DM, the ADM or Concerned DM must produce a certificate.
• Candidates who have not studied in Bihar but assert to be citizens in regard to their parents for at least ten years must present a certificate from the principal of the institution from which they are taking the qualifying examination, indicating the Permanent Address as recorded in the admission register of that institute. health certification.
