Concept used:
Distance = Speed × time
Relative speed in the same direction is the difference of their speed.
Calculation:
Relative speed will be (27 - 18) km/h = 9 km/h
The relative distance is 1.2 km
So the time will be,
⇒ (1.2 / 9) × 60
⇒ 0.4 × 20 = 8 minutes
