\(\rm √{\frac{1+\sin θ}{1-\sin θ}}\) = \(\rm √{\frac{(1+\sin θ)(1+\sin θ)}{(1-\sin θ) (1+\sin θ)}}\) 

⇒ \(\rm √{\frac{(1+\sin θ)^2}{(1-\sin^2 θ) }}\) = √ (1 + sin2θ + 2sinθ/ cos2θ)

⇒ sec2θ + tan2θ + 2tanθsecθ

⇒ √((secθ + tanθ)2) = secθ + tanθ 

Hence, The Correct Answer is secθ + tanθ.
