Given:

The area of a circle is 15400 cm2.

Concept Used:

Area of circle = πr2

Circumference of circle = 2πr

Calculation:

Area of circle = πr2

⇒ πr2 = 15400

⇒ r2 = (15400 × 7)/22

⇒ r = 7 × 10 = 70 cm

Circumference of circle = 2πr

⇒ 2πr = 2 × 22/7 × 70 = 440 cm

Positive difference between radius and circumference = 440 - 70 = 370 cm

∴ Option 2 is the correct answer.
