Length of the median from the right-angled vertex = Lenght of hypotenuse/2
Calculation:
Since 48, 55, and 73 is a triplet
So, ΔABC is a right-angled triangle, and ∠B = 90°
We know that in a right-angled triangle
Length of the median from the right-angled vertex = Lenght of hypotenuse/2
So, BM = AC/2 = 73/2
And we know that OB : OM = 2 : 1
So, OB = (2/3) × (73/2) = 24.33
∴ The length of OB is 24.33 cm.
