Terms and conditions for the tender evaluation sheet
- The name of the supplier is not mentioned, as it is decided after the opening of technical bids.
- The list of materials put up for sale by tender may please be seen in Annexure - 'A'.
- The rates are to be submitted only in Annexure - 'B'.
- Ministry of Defence, Government of India, shall be hereinafter referred to as stockholder.
- The tender must be submitted by Specified Times on the date mentioned on the first page of tender documents at MSTC Ltd. New Delhi.
- All tender should be kept open for acceptance for a period of 45 (Forty-Five) days from the date of opening.
- Tenders received with Earnest Money less than the requisite amount will be rejected.
- The tender should be accompanied by Earnest Money @ 20% of the total sale value of each lot quoted by way of a Demand Draft/Pay Order on any Nationalised Bank in Favour of MSTC Ltd. New Delhi Payable at New Delhi.
- The earnest money of unsuccessful tenders is refunded to the tenderers as soon as possible after disposal of the tenders.
- The successful tenderer shall remove each lot allotted to them by employing their own labour and transport at their own cost from the area allotted to them within 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue of sale-cum-Delivery Order and assurance to replace defective supplies.
