- Payments for all the works done/supplies made by the contractors are made on the basis of measurements recorded in the measurement books.
- Contractors' bills may be submitted in any one of the following forms: Running on account bill and final bill.
- The running-on-account bill is meant for regular payment during the progress of the work.
