I. No Animal is a Frog → False (It is possible but not definite hence, false)

II. Some Omnivores are Amphibians → False (it is possible but not definite hence, false)

In conclusions I and III there is a relation of some and no between Animal and Frog, they form a complementary pair and hence either conclusion I or III follows.
