- পান্ড্যরা 6 ষ্ঠ শতাব্দীর শেষের দিকে কাডুনগন (590 - 620 CE ) এর অধীনে পুনরুজ্জীবিত হয়েছিল, যা দক্ষিণ ভারতে কালভ্রাদের অস্থিতিশীল করতে সাহায্য করেছিল।
- পান্ড্য রাজবংশ তিনটি প্রাচীন তামিল রাজবংশের মধ্যে ছিল, চেরা এবং চোলারা অন্য দুটি।
