Let:
Initial quantity of milk = 11x liters
Initial quantity of water = 3x liters
26 liters + 13 liters = 39 liters
Final milk = 11x + 39
(11x + 39) : 3x = 12 : 3
(11x + 39) / 3x = 4
11x + 39 = 12x
39 = 12x - 11x
x = 39
Initial milk = 11x = 11 x 39 = 429 liters
