MPSC State Service Mains Admit Card:Maharashtra Public Service Commission has released the final merit list of the State Service Exam 2023 on its official website i.e.mpsc.gov.in/. MPSC has conducted the mains from 27 to 29 May. Candidates can download the call letter from the official website of the commission i.e. mpsc.gov.in. Earlier, The Maharashtra Public Service Commission released the MPSC Rajyaseva 2025 Notification on its official website (mpsc.gov.in). This notification was released on 18th March for a total of 385 vacancies. Online applications open from 28th March and will be live till 17th April. MPSC Rajyaseva Apply Online 2025

The application process for the MPSC Rajyaseva Recruitment exam will be held through an online platform. The aspirants who had apply for the exam through the MPSC portal. 

How to Apply Online for MPSC Rajyaseva Recruitment?

The process of the MPSC Rajyaseva online application is made available to the aspirants of the MPSC Civil Services exam in the official notification as well. Read below to know how to apply online for the MPSC Rajyaseva Recruitment exam in detail. Remember to keep all your documents ready when you attempt to fill the online MPSC Rajyaseva application form. Candidates who are willing to apply for MPSC State Service exam can either follow the steps given below or they can directly apply from the link given below: 

  • Go to the official website of the Commission, and click on the MPSC online application link that you will find on the header. 
  • Once you are redirected to the online application portal, you will need to register yourself. For this, click New User Registration on the top left corner.
  • Fill in your details and verify your registration. Now you will have a Login ID and password to access the site.
  • Login using your credentials, and now you can proceed to fill the MPSC application form by selecting the exam as Rajyaseva Exam.
  • Fill the complete form with all your details, such as personal information, educational qualifications, etc. 
  • Once all your details have been filled and checked by you, upload the scanned copies of all the documents that are necessary. These include educational certificates, mark sheets, caste certificate, domicile certificate, etc.
  • Once the complete form is filled, click on submit. 
  • You will now be directed to an online payment portal. Pay the MPSC application fee through any of the available models. 
  • Print the MPSC application form, once the payment is successful. Keep it safe, as you will need it in the future.

MPSC Rajyaseva Application Fee

The MPSC Civil Services exam application fee is to be submitted for your application form to be accepted by the Commission. 

  • The application fee for the aspirants belonging to the General category is Rs. 394/-
  • Application fee for those belonging to reserved categories is Rs. 294/-. 

The application fee is payable only once and is non-refundable even if you cancel your application later on.

MPSC Rajyaseva Selection Process

The MPSC Civil Services exam selection process is divided into three stages. The candidates who are selected after the first stage will appear in the second and so on. For an aspirant to get a post at any department of the state of Maharashtra, they will need to cross all the stages of the exam. 

Prelims Exam

The prelims exam is a written exam. It is the screening test of the aspirants. The prelims include questions from subjects of general studies and aptitude. One needs to score more than the cut-off marks to get selected for the next stage. The MPSC Rajyaseva Cut-Off marks are decided by the Commission.

  • Prelims exams consist of Paper I and Paper II. 
  • The total marks are 400

Main Exam

The main exam is also a written test. The exam is held so that the knowledge of the selected candidates in the fields such as politics, geography, human resource development, etc. can be judged. 

  • The mains exams consist of Paper I, II, III, IV, V, and VI. 
  • The total marks are 800.

Interview

The selected candidates from the main exam then appear for a personal interview. The panel judges the candidate on his or her presence of mind, aptitude, mental ability, and field knowledge. The candidates who cross the interview stage will then be recruited to their desired post. The total marks shall be 100.

Certificates Needed for Candidate Verification Post Selection

Once the candidate has crossed the interview test, they will need to verify all the documents that they have submitted through the online application form. These documents include the following.

  • Educational certificates issued from University/ School Board.
  • Marksheets of degree obtained.
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • No Objection Certificate from current employer (if applicable)
  • Any Identification certificate with a photo such as Aadhar Card, Driving License, etc.

MPSC Rajyaseva Eligibility Criteria

The MPSC Rajyaseva eligibility criteria should be checked by the aspirants before applying for the MPSC Rajyaseva Recruitment exam. If they fail to meet any condition detailed in the criterion, their application will be rejected.

Educational Qualification

The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalents from any recognized and registered university in India. However, the qualification for some specific posts is as follows:

Cadre Educational Qualification
Assistant Director, Maharashtra Finance & Accounts Service, Group-A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a Constitutional University with a minimum of 55 per cent, or
Passed the final examination of Chartered Accountant conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, 
Deputy Director of Industries, Technical, Group-A Degree in Engineering (other than Civil Engineering as well as subjects affiliated to groups of subjects in Civil Engineering like Architecture, Town Planning etc.) or

In addition to the above requirements, knowledge of the Marathi language is mandatory for all the posts.

Prelims Exam Pattern

  • MPSC prelims exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates have to score the minimum marks to be able to attend the mains exam.
  • According to the latest exam pattern, Paper II (CSAT) will be qualifying in nature. The minimum qualifying marks are 33%.
  • The exam consists of multiple-choice questions.
  • 2 hours are given for each paper.
  • Each paper is of 200 marks..
  • The exam is available in two languages, Marathi and English.

The candidates who clear the MPSC Mains exam will be qualified for the next stage, i.e., the Interview round. There is no particular exam pattern for the interview stage, but the candidates need to stay updated with the current affairs within and outside the state of Maharashtra. They will be tested for their General Knowledge and Mental abilities in this interview round held by a Board appointed by the MPSC.
