"The Code of Conduct' and ‘Code of Ethics’ are the sources of guidance in public administration. There is a code of conduct already in operation, whereas a code of ethics is not yet put in place. Suggest a suitable model for code of ethics to maintain integrity, probity and transparency in governance.

Training and Awareness: Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees about ethical standards and dilemmas they may encounter.

Monitoring and Enforcement: Create an independent ethics committee to oversee compliance, investigate violations, and impose sanctions when necessary.

Respect for Others: Show respect for colleagues, stakeholders, and the public.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.Treat others with courtesy and respect.

This model aims to reinforce ethical behavior and restore public trust in governance.
