Haryana Judiciary Syllabus For Viva-Voce
Candidates who pass the written examination are qualified for appearing in viva voce. The main aim of viva-voce is to judge the candidate's alertness, knowledge of the subject matter, general outlook on law and order, interpersonal skills, and intelligence. The viva-voce will be worth 200 marks.

Haryana Judiciary Exam Pattern 2025
The Haryana Judiciary exam pattern consists of a preliminary examination of 125 marks and the exam duration will be 2 hours. The main exam will be subjective in nature. The detailed marking for each paper is mentioned below:
Haryana Judiciary Prelims Exam Pattern
The prelims examination will be of 500 marks in total. The exam will be in the form of a multiple-choice examination and each correct answer carries 4 marks. For every wrong answer, 0.80 marks will be deducted. No negative marking for unattempted questions shall be done.

Haryana Judiciary Mains Exam Pattern
The exam will be subjective in nature. It will be 800 marks in total and each written paper will be conducted for 3 hours. Candidates appearing for the main examination shall score at least 50% of the total marks in the written examination to be qualified for the viva voce stage.
