Given: Seven people, E, F, G, H, X, Y and Z, are sitting in a row, facing north.

1) Only F sits to the right of Z.

2) Only one person sits between Y and Z.

3) Only two people sit between E and Y.

4) G sits at some place to the right of X but at some place to the left of H.

Thus, according to the final arrangement two people sit between H and X.

Hence, "Option 2" is the correct answer.
