⇒ Present age of Danish = (17x - 6) years
According to question, age of Keshav 4 years ago is equal to present age of Danish
19x - 6 - 4 = 17x - 6
⇒ 2x = 4
⇒ x = 2
Present age of Keshav = (19 × 2) - 6 = 32 years
Present age of Danish = (17 × 2) - 6 = 28 years
Sum of their ages = 32 + 28 = 60
∴ The sum of their ages is 60.
