Concept used:

y = logb x 

⇒ by = x

Calculation:

Log x√3 = 

⇒ x1/4 = √3   [by above concept]

⇒ ( x1/4)4 = (31/2)4

⇒ x4/4 = 34/2

⇒ x = 9
