Known As The ‘Sleeping Prince’
Over time, he became to be known as the ‘sleeping prince’. On some occasions, movement was seen in his fingers, which gave people a little hope. However, despite the efforts of American and Spanish doctors, he never regained full consciousness. His father, Prince Khaled bin Talal, remained completely dedicated to saving his son’s life and always refused to remove the life support system. He believed that the decision of death rests only with God.
