Trump Dodges Anti-India Question, Cites Reporter’s Accent During Joint Press Conference With PM Modi

A moment got noticed during the event where US President Donald Trump was found avoiding the questions on anti-india issues in US. He pointed out the accent of reported and said that he can't understand the word asked to him.

A moment got noticed during the event where US President Donald Trump was found avoiding the questions on anti-india issues in US. He pointed out the accent of reported and said that he can’t understand the word asked to him.

The Indian reported asked the leader question on the Anti-India activities in US in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As quoted by Hindustan Times, Donald Trump replied, “You’re gonna have to go louder.”

When the reported attempted to ask the same question again Trump replied, “I can’t understand a word he’s saying,” adding, “‘It’s the accent, it’s a little bit tough for me.”

This is not for the first time when the US President gave this kind of reply. Previously, during the press conference with the Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump gave similar reply to the reporter from Afghanistan for her accent.

As quoted by Hindustan Times, Donald Trump replied that, “It’s a beautiful voice and a beautiful accent. The only problem is I can’t understand a word you’re saying. But, but I just say this— good luck, live in peace.”
