Stage-1

Blend the oats in a blender or food processor until they turn into a smooth, powdery texture similar to flour.

Stage-2

Take a bowl and mix the oats flour, egg whites, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and a little water to form a smooth batter.

Stage-3

Place a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat and lightly coat it with a small amount of ghee or olive oil.

Stage-4

Pour batter onto the pan, spread evenly, cook until golden and crisp, then flip and cook for another minute.

Final Stage

Serve hot with chutney or yogurt. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for extra flavour.
