Sabudana, boiled potatoes, roasted peanut powder, green chili paste, cumin seeds, rock salt, chopped coriander leaves.
Firstly, wash sabudana 2 times. After that, add water just to immerse all the sago.
Knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Take a small dough ball & flatten it.

– Cook on a tawa with ghee until golden brown.

Serve hot with curd & mint chutney.
