A perfect fusion of nutrition and indulgence, this Pink Beetroot Barfi is rich, healthy, and absolutely delicious
Heat ghee in a pan, add grated beetroot & sauté for 5-7 mins until moisture reduces.
Add milk and cook until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sugar & khoya, mix well & cook until the mixture leaves the pan.
Transfer to a greased tray, flatten & garnish with nuts. Let it set for 1 hour.
Cut into squares & enjoy your homemade Pink Beetroot Barfi.
