But now Shoaib Malik has got married to Sana Javed, and the top Indian tennis player and Pakistani cricketer have separated, with rumors circulating that they are mulling divorce after 12 years of marriage. While the two have not spoken publicly or published a statement, media reports indicate that they will co-parent their kid, Izhaan Mirza Malik.
The couple married in 2010 and welcomed a son, Izhaan, in 2018. Sania, 35, stated that she has been living separately and co-parenting Izhaan.
Just before the Pakistani Cricketer got married to Sana Javed, Sania Mirza shared a cryptic post on social media saying: “Marriage is difficult. Divorce is difficult. Choose your difficulty. Obesity is difficult. Being fit is difficult. Choose your difficulty. Being in debt is difficult. Maintaining financial discipline is difficult. Choose your difficulty. Communication is difficult. It’s difficult not to communicate. Choose your difficulty. Life will never be easy. It will always be challenging. However, we have the option of selecting our difficulty. Choose wisely”.

Shoaib Malik married for the first time in 2002, to Ayesha Siddiqui. After a few years, Shoaib and Ayesha divorced. Shoaib later married Sania Mirza, an Indian female tennis player.
