A security officer at the Indian Merchant’s Chamber (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in Mumbai may be seen singing the song from the 1984 film Utsav in the 55-second footage. He was inside the office and sang with such soul that you couldn’t help but fall in love with him. Passers-by can be seen enjoying his act as well.
