While the prices of the flagship classes have increased relentlessly over the past few years, manufacturers have now shifted their attention to the mid-segment smartphones. Mid-segment smartphones are now comparable to last year’s flagships. Following the recent launch of the OnePlus 13S series and the Nord series, the mid-segment will soon be gaining a few more competitors, such as the Vivo X200 FE.
Vivo has already teased some of the superior features that the phone will be equipped with. These would include a 7.9 mm thickness, Zeiss-tuned camera, an extended battery, and more. Here’s everything we know about the phone so far.
Launch Date/Specifications
The X200 FE will launch in India alongside the Vivo X Fold 5 on July 14 at noon IST. The devices will be available on Flipkart and Vivo e-store after the launch; however, the exact date of availability is not yet confirmed. The Vivo X200 FE will be equipped with a 6.31-inch AMOLED screen panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The X200FE is expected to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ processor, along with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The smartphone is equipped with a 6,500mAh battery along with 90W fast charging support. Vivo might further equip the phone with IP68 and IP69 certifications, making it a long-lasting solution.
The smartphone will have three cameras: a 50MP primary shooter, a 50MP telephoto, and an 8MP ultrawide. Going by the tradition of equipping the phone with AI features, the new smartphone will be Gemini-integrated.
The Vivo X200 FE is expected to be priced at ₹54,999 for the 12GB/256GB model, while the 16GB/512GB variant may cost ₹59,999.
