OnePlus has just launched the all new Nord CE 5, as well as the Nord 5 – the latest in its core Edition of Nord series in India. The CE 5 is equipped with a 6.77- inch- FHD+ 120 Hz AMOLED display. The phone is powered by Dimensity 8350 APEX SOC and comes with up to 8GB/12 GB of RAM, depending on the variant.
The CE 5 has been equipped with an advanced Cryo Velocity Cooling system that includes a graphene-based composite vapor chamber cooling apparatus. The camera is equipped with a SONY LYT- 600 sensor, an 8Mp Ultra Wide sensor, as well as a 16Mp front camera. Gamers would be able to enjoy up to 120FPS in popular titles like BGMI and Call of Duty Mobile.
The device runs on Android 15 with Oxygen OS 15, and will receive 4 Android updates and 6 years of security updates – a first for CE series phones. The CE 5 packs a 7100mAh battery and also supports 80W super VOOC fast charging, with the ability to charge up to 100% in just an hour. Bypass charging would further aid the device with faster charging.
Nord 5 Specifications
The OnePlus Nord 5 is equipped with a 6.83 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1272. The phone supports a 144 Hz refresh rate and a 30Hz touch response. The screen is capable of reaching 1800 nits of peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Users will be able to get the mid-ranger in three colour options: Dry Ice, Phantom Grey, and Marble sands.
The phone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and comes with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS3.1 Storage. The device is powered by a 6800 mAh battery that further supports 80W Super Vooc fast charging, and 5W reverse charging and bypass charging.
On the photography front, the device features a dual-camera system that includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by an 8-Megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device further supports Digital Zoom up to 20X. The Front camera is 50Mp front-facing sensor. All cameras are equipped with electronic image stabilisation with 4K video recording.
Pricing And Availability
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 will be available in Black Infinity, Marble Mist, and Nexus Blue colours and is priced at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB+ 128 GB model. The 8GB+ 256GB model costs Rs 26,999, while the 12GB+ 256 GB variant is priced at Rs 28,999.
The Nord 5 is priced at Rs 31,999, and the device will be available in three storage options. 8GB+ 256GB at Rs 31,999, 12GB + 256GB at Rs 34,999, and 12GB + 512 GB at Rs 37,999.
The phones will be available on Amazon, OnePlus and OnePlus store starting from 12th July at 12 AM.
