Apple’s next slew of launches are just Months away, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 pro would soon be launched after two months. Since there have been plenty of rumor’s about the phone here are a few that just might turn out to be real.
A Repositioned Logo
Apple Logo would be repositioned to a lower portion of the back compared to that of the previous models. Beyond that, the 17 pro models would have a faster Magsafe wireless charging speed with a new version of the Apple Magsafe charger.
Apple’s Turning Back To Aluminum Frame
The iPhone 17 Pro models are being rumored to shift back to Aluminum frame. This would be a big shift as the older phones were equipped with Titanium frames, the all new 17 is expected to have part Aluminum and part glass design. Beyond these here a re a few earlier leaks about the Display of the phone.
Analyst Ross Young recently revealed that the iPhone 17 would feature a 6.27-inch display, which would make it the same size as that of the iPhone 16 Pro display. As per the latest leaks, the iPhone 17 would be equipped with a 6.27 inch display, up from the earlier 6.12 inches.
iPhone 17 Air would be equipped with 6.55 inch display, iPhone 17 Pro would be equipped with a 6.27 inch display, identical to the iPhone 16 pro and the 17 pro max would be fitted with a 6.86 inch display, No change from the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Aside from the new display size, the iPhone 17 is shaping up to be the first iPhone with the fewest changes in 2025. Certain models of the iPhone family would get a horizontal camera bar as well. But the basic iPhone 17 camera would probably look the same as before.
All the phones in the range would now be equipped with 120Hz refresh rate. The new display would expand to the entire lineup along with an improved 24 MP selfie camera and the faster A 19 processor chip as well.
The new iPhone 17 Air would possibly be equipped with a 2800 mAh battery in an aluminum chassis with a 5.5mm thickness and a 145 Gram total weight. New Leaks regarding the battery capacity has lead to great commotion in the tech community. Considering the fact that Apple used to pack their phones with batteries above 3000 mAh battery in 2020, a hence 2800 mAh battery with new intensive user suites would be a significant demerit.
Software Optimization
Apple has indicated that it would be using AI based software optimizations that would actively tap into user’s experience data and ensure that it provides the user with a battery life that would easily last the whole day. Beyond that Apple has showcased its intent to use a high density battery to provide the phone with an extended battery life.
A new revelation has revealed that the battery has silicon instead of traditional graphite, allowing the manufacturer to pack more than 15% more energy into the same space compared to conventional rechargeable battery packs. Such an innovation would allow Apple to ramp up the battery life of the phone in such a small and slim form factor.
