What is a Radio Earwig?

A radio earwig is a tiny, inconspicuous in-ear radio receiver that is mainly employed for listening to real-time audio broadcasts, most typically at sports stadiums or live events. It provides supporters with real-time commentary while they watch the event take place before them. These gadgets are particularly sought after during cricket, Formula 1, and horse racing, where accurate commentary adds to the viewing pleasure.
