Tickets Might Get Scheduled According To Venues

If the GT vs DC match, which was scheduled on May 11, gets the same venue, the tickets will get scheduled accordingly.

Refund Will Be Initiated

If GT vs DC match happens and the venue gets changed, the ticket amount will get refund to the respective person.

What BCCI Vice President Said

In an official press note, BCCI President Rajiv Shukla stated that the situation will continue to be monitored closely.

“IPL 2025 has been suspended for a week in view of the current situation. The new schedule for the tournament will be announced after consultation with all stakeholders. We are proud of the Indian Army. BCCI stands with our Armed Forces and the government.” said BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla.

What BCCI Said Earlier

The decision was taken by the IPL Governing Council after due consultation with all key stakeholders following the representations from most of the franchisees, who conveyed the concern and sentiments of their players, and also the views of the broadcaster, sponsors and fans; while the BCCI reposes full faith in the strength and preparedness of our armed forces, the Board considered it prudent to act in the collective interest of all stakeholders.
