Gujarat Titans seized victory in a seven-wicket win after Shubman Gill scored an undefeated 61 off 43 balls along with Mohammed Siraj delivering a stunning 4/17 over performance. Gujarat Titans made an impressive comeback after SRH scored 152/8 when Gill joined forces with Washington Sundar to create a vital 90-run stand while Gill hit 61 runs in 43 balls and Sundar hit 49 runs in 29 balls. The Titans won their match through substitute player Sherfane Rutherford who hit an outstanding 35 runs from only 16 balls to lead his team to victory with 3.2 overs remaining.

We wanted to play shots all along the ground, that was the chat between me and Washington Sundar. There was no conversation as such, it was all about playing good cricketing shots. GT’s Prasidh Krishna together with Sai Kishore secured two wickets during their efficient bowling performances allowing only 25 and 24 runs to flow through their overs.
