About The Fraud
Under this, the amount is given in three instalments. Till now 18 instalments have been given. The farmers are waiting for the 19th instalment.
But some scammers are cheating the farmers in the name of the 19th instalment. The scammers are sending messages on the mobile of farmers.
Where they give a link and ask the farmers to click on it. When they open the link, a website gets open, where they are asked to enter details. Later OTP is also asked. Once you enter this OTP money from the account will be vanished.
How You Can Avoid This Fraud?
When you receive such a message on your phone, then avoid clicking on the link mentioned in the message. Do not share Bank Details or OTP.
