‘Who Is She? Is She Beautiful?’ Annu Kapoor’s Response To Kangana Ranaut’s Slapping Incident

Actor Annu Kapoor responded to the incident, actor-politician Kangana Ranaut being slapped by a CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport. Initially hesitant to acknowledge her, he eventually suggested that legal action would have been the appropriate course of action.

Amid promotional activities for his upcoming film “Hamare Baarah,” the actor addressed the incident during a press conference.

When asked about the incident, the actor responded, “Who is this Kangana ji? Please tell me who she is. If you’re asking, she must be a very big heroine, right? Is she beautiful?”

At that moment, a member of the media noted that the actor is now a newly elected MP from Mandi, to which Annu Kapoor remarked, ‘Oh, she’s achieved that as well! She has become quite powerful now.’

Pressed further, the actor suggested that Kangana should pursue legal action against the personnel who slapped her, noting that he would have done the same in her place.

Kangana MP Mandi, Himachal Pradesh 

Several days after her victory in the Lok Sabha election in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh under the Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, Kangana was on route to New Delhi for a meeting of the National Democratic Alliance, which includes the BJP.

Kangana alleged that while passing through security at Chandigarh International Airport, CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur slapped her in the face. Kangana stated the incident was prompted by her recent comments on Khalistan. As a result, an FIR was filed against Kulwinder.

Following the incident, several Bollywood celebrities who have had longstanding disputes with Kangana, including her alleged ex Hrithik Roshan, Alia Bhatt, Zoya Akhtar, and Soni Razdan, among others, liked the post. Veteran actor Shabana Azmi also commented, stating that while she does not harbor affection for Kangana, she condemns the endorsement of violence against her.
