Amidst the ongoing controversy and heated debates on social media, former Bigg Boss winner Shilpa Shinde shed some light on the issue in an interview with News18. When asked about the long-standing speculation surrounding the show’s authenticity, Shilpa made a revelation that has added fuel to the fire.
“I don’t know, kuch logo ko pata chal gaya ki makers khud hi decide karte hain winner. Khud hi banate hain, apne ghar se uthakar late hain aur khud hi dikhate hain. Toh channel ki jo bhi strategy hai, I think logon ko pata chal gayi hai. Aap ek limit tak logon ko ullu banaa sakte ho, uske baad nahin,” (I don’t know, but some people have figured out that the makers themselves decide the winner. They create it themselves, bring it from their own home, and showcase it themselves. So, whatever the channel’s strategy is, I think people have caught on. You can fool people only up to a certain limit, after that, it’s not possible.”) she said.
Sandip Sikcand’s Controversial Comment
Earlieri, Creative Director Sandeep Sikcand, who is also a close friend of Karan Veer Mehra and entered the house to guide him, made a controversial comment. While interacting with the media, Sandeep Sikand stated that he was happy the Bigg Boss makers chose personality over votes when deciding the winner.
“I am very happy. trophy ghar aagai hai. Karan is the rightful winner. Bahut saalo ke baad Bigg Boss ek aisa insaan jeeta hai jo personality ke hisaab se jeeta hai aur na ki votes ke. Aur main us baat ko lekar bahut khush hu,” he shared.
This statement sparked controversy on social media, with many fans expressing anger and disappointment. Some questioned the purpose of audience voting if the winner was ultimately decided by personality, others pointed out that Rajat was more deserving even if the criteria was changed.
