Kim Sae Ron Death: South Korean actress Kim Sae Ron passed away at the age of 24. She was found dead in her home in Seoul on February 16. Fans are mourning the sudden and tragic demise of Kim Sae Ron and remembering her incredible work. She was known for her role in Bloodhounds, The Man From Nowhere and more.
According to reports, Kim Sae Ron’s funeral will be held at the funeral hall of Seoul Asan Medical Centerin Pungnap 2-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The coffin will be borne out on February 19 at 6:20 a.m. KST. Her father will be taking on the role of chief mourner.
Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron was reportedly working on some acting projects. She wrapped up filming the movie ‘Guitar Man’ a few months before her demise. The movie is currently in post-production and will release in 2025. Guitar Man was also supposed to mark the return of Kim Sae Ron in acting after her DUI incident in May 2022. According to reports, she was also working on the film ‘Everyday We Are’.
After her demise, a representative from her former agency Goldmedalist said, “We express our deepest condolences upon hearing the sad news of Kim Sae Ron. May she rest in peace.”
Kim Sae Ron started her acting career with the 2009 movie ‘A Brand New Life’. She then starred in The Man From Nowhere in 2010 with Wo Bin. In 2021, she starred as a female lead in the show ‘The Great Shaman Ga Doo-shim’. She had to take a break from her career after facing drunk driving charges filed against her in 2022.
