BLACKPINK member Lisa has officially announced her solo Asia fanmeet after finding success in her recent projects. This will be Lisa’s first solo fanmeet after going separate ways from her previous agency YG Entertainment. Fans are excited to meet Lisa in person but Indian BLINKS are disappointed to know that her tour will now include India. But don’t be disappointed as Lisa will visit some nearby countries. Lisa will first visit Singapore on November 11, then will go to Bangkok and Jakarta on November 13 and 15 respectively. She will meet some other fans in Kaohsiung on November 17 and Hong Kong on November 19.
On the work front, Lisa will headline the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 with Tyla and Cher.
She has announced her new single ‘So Kiss Me’ and shared the song’s teaser as well. Lisa first released her song ‘Rockstar’, which entered the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Hot 100. She also performed the song at the recent MTV VMAs 2024.
Lisa further teamed up with Spanish singer Rosalía for her latest solo song ‘New Woman’. The song debuted at No.6 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and also gained a spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Global 200.
It also been announced that BLACKPINK will make its comeback in 2025 but there were many rumours of the band’s disbandment. While speaking to Elle, Lisa dismissed all the rumors and said, “Of course, we’re continuing, for sure. We’re so proud of Blackpink, and I love Blackpink. It is not just because of our fans, it’s for ourselves. There was no doubt. This is our life.”
The Kpop idol will make her acting debut in the American series ‘The White Lotus Season 3’. Taking about grabbing a big acting opportunity, she said, “I think I cried. I was with my friends, my mom’s friends, and my mom as well, but I didn’t tell them that I auditioned for it. I’m super excited and nervous, because it’s my first acting project. So I was happy for a second, and then I was like, ‘Oh, wait, wait, how am I going to deliver this?’”
‘The White Lotus Season 3’ is scheduled to release in 2025.
