CBSE Results 2025: All You Need To Know About Compartment Exam Criteria And Application Process

Students who fails in one or two subjects will have a chance to reappear for the compartment exams.

The CBSE Board Result 2025 for 10th and 12th are announced. Students can check their results on the official websites- cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in.

After the results, CBSE will start the application process for revaluation and rechecking by the end of May. If students want their marks reviewed, they can apply by paying a fee, which will range from Rs 100 to Rs 700, depending on the type request.

CBSE Compartment Exam 2025: How to Check the Exam Date Sheet in Simple Steps

Step 1: Go to the official CBSE website – cbse.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the section called “Latest Notification.”

Step 3: Click on the link that says “CBSE 10th Compartment Exam Date Sheet 2025” or “CBSE 12th Compartment Exam Date Sheet 2025”, based on your class.

Step 4: The date sheet (PDF file) will open on your screen.

Step 5: Download and save the PDF so you can check it later when needed.

Who can Appear for the CBSE Compartment Exam?

Students who score below 33% in any subject in the board exams need to appear for the compartment exam in order to pass. This exam is for those who have failed in one or two subjects but have passed the remaining ones.
