It will provide relaxation in terms of high commissions, unfair rankings, biased reviews, and poor quality and support that is faced by several eateries on a daily basis while operating with other food delivery apps.

The app which currently has 25,000 mobile downloads, will soon join hands with the government’s ONDC platform and expand its business to more cities in the coming months.

“WAAYU app will transform the online food delivery industry by embracing a commission-free model. We have 16 revenue streams, but not all will kick in from the beginning. We will have a fixed fee deal with the restaurants at an introductory price of Rs 1,000 per month per outlet. Later, it will be increased to Rs 2,000 a month. There is no per-order commission,” said founder Anirudha Kotgire

Waayu’s Aim

As per reports, the app is not charging any commission fees from restaurants yet, which permits them to offer competitive prices and better value to customers.

The app’s motive is to provide customers with affordable, timely, hygienic, and quality food with better customer support.
