With the increasing shift of users towards SUV vehicles, brands such as Hyundai and Mahindra have planned a slew of new launches. If you have been planning to finalize a new SUV purchase, we would recommend that you wait for a little while as before the festive season this year a slew of brands would be launching new facelifts and variants. If you don’t need a vehicle immediately, waiting a while might turn out to be favourable for you.
New Generation – Mahindra Bolero
Mahindra has been planning a slew of new launches for the upcoming months. A recent spotting of the new Generation Mahindra Bolero has revealed that the new age Bolero is in its final stages. The brand has taken several takes at revamping its Bolero moniker, which is quite famous in the tier two cities where road infrastructure is often lacking.
They launched an all new Bolero Neo a few years back and before that the old-gen Bolero went through a bunch of facelifts as well. But this time around Mahindra has seemingly developed a new vehicle from the Ground-Up, its sightings have already led the ball rolling for Conjecture, the fresh take being that the car’s design has astounding resemblance to G-Wagon and Land Rover Defender. The new Bolero is all ready to launch with in this fiscal.

Maruti Suzuki Escudo
Maruti Suzuki is planning to launch an all new 5 seater SUV that would allegedly be called the Escudo. The car would be placed between the current Gen Vitara Brezza as well as the Grand Vitara. The new vehicle would compete against the likes of Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta. The new 5 seater version of the SUV would be targeted towards buyers who seek a more luxurious SUV than the Vitrara Brezza but for slightly lower prices than that of the Grand Vitara. Its possible that the new SUV might be powered by the Existing 1.5 cc, four cylinder engine with Hybrid additions.

All New Kia Seltos

After the recent launch of the all new Clavis the brand is all set to launch the all new facelift for their Kia Seltos SUV. Over the past few months the vehicle was spotted testing in Korea but recently the vehicle was spotted testing in India as well. The vehicle was spotted testing alongside the all new Venue facelift. Since the brand has been planning to shift towards more environmentally sustainable powertrains it’s possible that the new Seltos would be equipped with a Hybrid setup along with the existing engines.
Tata Sierra EV
The all- new Tata Sierra has seemingly reached the final stages of its pre production test runs and would be launched soon after the recent launch of the Tata Harrier EV. The ICE variant of the vehicle has been spotted testing a few times and it would be fair to say that the ICE variant of the SUV would be launched soon in India. Tata has projected that they would be launching an EV version of the Sierra as well, soon after the conventional vehicles launch.

Kia Clavis EV
After the recent launch of the ICE Kia Clavis the brand has now been planning to launch the all new Clavis EV as well. The Car would go through a slew of changes before being launched as an EV. Aesthetically the car might be equipped with a shutted grill up front and a EV powertrain that would enable it to easily drive within the alleged range of 460 Km.

New Gen Hyundai Venue Facelift
Hyundai Venue is set to be refreshed with an all new front fascia similar to that of the Hyundai Alcazar. Hyundai’s new SUV was recently spotted testing alongside the new upcoming Kia Seltos. if you have been planning to buy cars in the segment we would recommend that it would be wise to wait a little. The car is expected to brake cover soon in October this year.
